Oliver doesn't just go the extra mile, he goes another ten miles after that! When a property of ours fell empty, literally dozens of agents put stock letters through the door of the property itself, but Oliver was the only one to do that little bit of extra research and deliver a personal, hand-signed letter through our own front door. And that personal effort showed through the whole process. As sellers, my husband and I were very impressed by his professionalism, his open and honest attitude, his upbeat and pleasant demeanor as well as the imagination and effort he put into bringing our property to market at a difficult time for sellers. We honestly do not think he could have worked harder to sell our house or to target the most likely buyers. He presented them with just enough background information to prove useful, and got answers to my questions efficiently. When I first started my search for my first property, I was massively overwhelmed and didn’t really know where to start. I’d found a property I liked and Oli was the agent that had the listing. I contacted him and within a day, I had had a response and a viewing for the property booked in the same week. Oli was incredibly kind and patient with me, as being a first time buyer and doing it by myself, meant there were so many questions I had. At no point did I feel that Oli was telling me what I wanted to hear (which he regularly didn’t and for which I’m grateful) or that he had his own motives in mind. Oli was available day or night, which as a shift worker, was an absolute blessing. He arranged viewings at a time that was convenient for me and was always realistic with what my expectations should be for my budget and the reality of what the sellers were looking for. He was never pushy and didn’t press me for answers when I asked for space to consider my options. I fell in love with a property, but unfortunately ended up being out of my budget and therefore, was unable to follow through with a purchase with OHRE. However, I then viewed a few other properties and despite Oli not being the vendor, he was available for some other questions and was very kind and congratulatory when I made my purchase with someone else. I had a brief experience with a “high street” agent and I can tell you the difference was immense and I definitely did not feel valued. Oil’s knowledge of the properties within his portfolio was unmatched in comparison and thanks to him, I made it a priority to deal with another independent agent when I recently completed on my property. I am hugely grateful to Oli for his support, guidance, patience and kindness during the initial stages of my search and would recommend his services highly to anybody considering buying in the West London area.... Olly has been absolutely exceptional with us for our first house purchase, he's made the process look and feel easy and has been incredibly accommodating to all our requests (and stupid questions!). He was a key conduit in getting answers from the seller and from solicitors, helping move the process along for both sides to be able to progress. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough if you are looking at buying a house, we'll certainly be going back to him when we look to put it ours on the market again.... Read more
