I’ve just purchased my first home through Patrick & Gardener the process couldn’t have been more stress free!!
They were fantastic and in particular Maddy who was so brilliant all the way through. It’s very clear Maddy knew her stuff and was incredibly professional and honest it really made purchasing my first home a joy.
After countless viewing with other agents who weren’t really interested or cared I began to lose a bit of faith in the process and then came across Maddy who was a breath of fresh air.
Definitely worth getting in touch.

From the initial valuation with Andrew, getting ready to go to market, viewings , accepting an offer and through to exchange and completion, the whole process has been very professional and positive.
Ed, who brought the offer to us and looked after us through the sale was constantly keeping us up to date and made the whole process easy to deal with. We never had to chase anyone, everything was actioned straight away feedback given.
