Liz Nascimento was absolutely brilliant throughout our house buying journey. We had been trying to purchase a property for some time, and over the course of that time we had spoken to a large number of estate agents in the area, Liz was by far the best. She was attentive in what sort of property we were looking for, readily available even though she was clearly busy, she always made time and responded to us and stay in touch thought the year (or two!) we were looking to buy. Once we had found the property through Rampton Baseley and had an offer accepted, she liaised with all the necessary parties to facilitate an efficient and seamless completion and even post completion she was available if we needed any help. Absolutely brilliant throughout, I can't recommend Liz and Rampton Baseley enough.

11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. We have known Rampton Baseley for years, initially when they acted as managing agents when renting out our house (excellent service) and, latterly, as our sales agents. Everyone I’ve spoken with at RB has been utterly professional. Josh was our lead on the house sale and was a pragmatic manager of expectations. It was a long process with some unexpected issues, but he kept an eye on the end game and was very helpful. Undoubtedly, his actions as a conduit between ourselves and both parties’ conveyancers were crucial in keeping the sale on track. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Josh and the RN team.
