After previously trying to sell my house with another estate agent for what felt like forever with no success, I then came to Ryan who was able to sell my house within 24 hours of it being live! Cannot recommend Ryan enough! the whole process was made so smooth and easy and was completely different to my experience with other estate agents, anyone looking to sell their house in the area, Ryan is by far the best!!

Ryan sold us a house in July 2023. Whilst we weren’t actually paying for his services as he wasn’t our estate agent, he went above and beyond and went to far more effort than anyone else in the transaction (ie our agent, solicitor, mortgage broker etc). He was always on the end of the phone, ready to respond to queries, keep us updated, ease our worries, explain the process. He helped us so much and we can’t thank him enough! Would 100% recommend!

Ryan was initially recommended to me by the site owner of a park home estate. Today on completion day, I felt compelled to write and convey to anyone considering using Ryan's services, do not hesitate, enlist his services! He has been first class, easy to deal with, did exactly what he said he would do; he has also always kept me informed of developments with the purchaser as events unfolded. Also RE MAX were competitively priced for fee structure; and the marketing of the property, pictures and descriptions etc were very professionally done.
