I, and my wife have been subjected to continuous pressure from the branch manager, James Segal, to remove my completely true at the time comment or he threatens to reply with the Reeds Rains version of events, even giving me a 48 hour deadline. Negative criticism may not be welcome, but there’s only one way to avoid it and that’s to do nothing to earn it!

Returning to Macclesfield when one of my long term tenants decided to move into a home of their own, I chose ReedsRains on a tenant finder basis. I can say that the service was first class. Clare Stockell managed, guided and supported me through this process to help market the property, identify and secure from a good selection, potential tenants. The level of communications was high but appropriate, i feel, given the high level of legislation in this industry and I felt supported through-out. I especially liked that the Macclesfield office was a friendly place to go to and all the staff are very responsive to their customers. All times that i contacted them, was either answered straight away or returned calls later that day, so at no time did i feel that i was left hanging. I believe my tenants felt the same way and that makes for a happy start to what I hope is a long term tenant/landlord relationship.

I recently used Reeds Rains for my house sale and would certainly recommend.
From the offset I felt in good hands. The advice on staging for the pictures was great, as were the images themselves.
Viewings were managed by the Agent and once we had an offer accepted I was kept up to date every step of the way.
