Emma and her team excelled once again in both the constant advice, support and reassurance given, but also with her patience with both ourselves and with the complexity of the chain. She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times.
I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale
We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands !

Honestly could not have been a better service. Firstly, Robert Leech successfully brought about the sale (with multiple offers) in a totally stagnant market, and then managed to guide the sale through to a precise & tight timeline. Efficient, honest, reliable and so communicative, chasing solicitors on my behalf when needed - an absolute pleasure vs other agents!

I cannot praise highly enough the professionalism, tenacity and commitment of Emma West, part of the Robert Leech team in Reigate. Emma has fought for our best interests from the start, building a clear and effective line between us, herself and the current owners of our dream home. Despite delays that were entirely outside of any of our control, Emma stayed with us and committed fully to getting this purchase over the line, which has now been achieved. I honestly don't think we would be planning the move to our new home without Emma's persistence and the unfaltering professionalism that we have experienced throughout working with Robert Leech Estate Agents.

Have been dealing with Emma at Robert Leech Reigate for a recent house purchase, and her help and communication throughout has been excellent. Very quick to respond, especially on email, which is extremely helpful when trying to deal with things in and around work when phonecalls are sometimes difficult. Also very much appreciate the lack of upselling of additional services such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers etc which stands in marked contrast to the tortuous practices of some other estate agents. From a buyer's perspective it leaves a very good impression.

I have been a landlord with Robert Leech for 4 years now and the service went up a level last year. In between the flat being let we had our tanks burst causing considerable damage. Jonathan was on site that day and helped arranged emergency repairs and also updating the property for the repairs. Jan 24 and the repairs have been completed with their recommended tradespeople and found a new tenant in 4 days of the property being live.
