Sandersons have been amazing throughout the sale of my dad's property, in particular our agent Kerry who we relied on for advice and support throughout the entire process and even after the sale. Everyone on the team is excellent, calls are answered immediately and they are brilliant at keeping you up to date and communicating everything, I relied on Kerry to keep the communication through the chain and felt her experience kept the sale on track. We also needed adjustments to viewings for my elderly dad and the Kerry and the team were helpful, kind and thoughtful. This can be one of the most stressful experiences so you really need an experienced team like this who will care and support throughout. Thank you so much for everything!

We bought our new home through Sandersons so, of course, they were acting for the sellers. But we found them to be extremely helpful and honest at all times. Quick to respond and quick to arrange viewings. Shayna looked after us so well when we were enquiring and viewing and, once our offer had been accepted, Kerry kept us fully informed of progress and we felt that she was acting in our interests, as well as the sellers' at all times. This is an excellent Agency!

We have recently exchanged contracts, Sandersons were the agent that sold our house. We have also bought through Sandersons for our forward purchase.
From the very beginning everybody at Sanderson‘s has been amazing all extremely helpful.
They can’t do enough for you to help, our sales progresser Kerry Blue has been there every step of the way, since having prices agreed on both sides of the chain. Kerry has always been on the phone and helpful whenever we needed to talk to her and always updating me along the way.
I would definitely recommend Sandersons’s and if ever selling again would definitely use them.

An extremely friendly team from the first meeting until now. Joe at the Ashford office was friendly and welcoming from the start explaining everything to us in great detail and ensuring we were ok with all the information being thrown at us. From the valuation to arranging viewings, my phone feels like a hot line some days, the friendly manner is so refreshing now a days. We get updates when anything changes which is great.
