I really recommend Sanderson Agency for renting! They are very nice and helpful. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about their clients. The process was easy and not stressful. The houses are clean and in good places. If you need a good rental agency, go with Sanderson Agency!

From our very first meeting, we had a strong feeling that Sandersons was the right fit for us. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear understanding of the local market made them stand out. While we loved our house, we knew it was a niche property and wouldn’t be easy to sell. It required strategic marketing and a highly organized team to attract the right buyers. Amazingly, the house sold in just 9 days after going on the market – far exceeding our expectations!
The entire Sandersons team displayed a remarkable work ethic, working seamlessly together with dedication and professionalism. Special thanks to Chris Murphy, our main contact, who was always available with updates and advice, and to Lettie for capturing our home beautifully in photos and video. Heidi’s energy and enthusiasm as our sales representative was infectious – she truly Rocks! And we can’t forget Linda, Antonia, and Charlotte from the progression team, who were tenacious in ensuring everything went smoothly right to the end.
We are incredibly grateful to the whole Sandersons team for their hard work. While we’re not planning to move anytime soon (!), when the time comes, we’ll definitely choose Sandersons again.

When I first met Chris from Sandersons, I straight away got a feel for his proffesionalism by the way he talked me through the next steps and how they would market my property.
Sandersons were in constant contact with me with how the marketing was going, how much interest was in the property, when viewings were being arranged for. I was always being updated with any developements whether negative or positive.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Sanderdons.
I would recommend using Sandersons estate agents.

I have rented one bedroom property which was an old property needed a lot to update. It is normal considering that I've reviewed the property before I rented!
On few occasions they have let me down especially with plumbing issues which I've nearly electrocuted myself due to bathroom above kitchen when overflow pipe came off while I was having a bath and leaking on directly to kitchen lamp. I've immediately reported the issue as urgent but it took 3 months 20 days to send a plumber and 4 months or so an electrician. (I've video and pictures plus emails?
They charged me for cleaning the gutters which is 6 metres high despite they knew it cannot get full within a year with weeds on it !
Never mind rats living under door step because of manhole right next to it.
I don't even need mentoring few others issues which was overlooked and dismissed by them.
Stir well away from Sanderson estate agents

Absolute charlatans, all in favour of landlord, even if he is a robbing whatnot!!
Avoid at all costs!!
What’s more the TDS deposit scheme doesn’t hold your deposit, the agents do, and they only want to keep their paymasters, the landlords, happy!!!

Sanderson Estate Agents in Canterbury have been exceptional in their service. The professional photographs they took of my property were stunning, showcasing its unique features in the best possible light. Their marketing efforts were incredibly effective, resulting in a remarkably quick sale of my house, even when other agents had struggled. Their expertise and dedication have made the entire selling process seamless and stress-free.
Chris, explained the marketing process well. He outlined the strategies they would use to attract potential buyers, such as online listings and social media advertising. Chris also discussed the importance of creating appealing property descriptions and high-quality photos. Once they had generated interest, Antonia and Heidi would be responsible for showing the house to prospective buyers, answering their questions, and highlighting the property's features.
