My experience dealing with Savills has been first class!
From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

I have been house hunting in the area and Jennifer was extremely helpful and proactive, giving me great advice on areas and villages that might suit as I’m new to the area. Claire showed us around a lovely property and was knowledgeable about both the house and the village.
I would definitely recommend Savills to all those searching for property in the area.

Without the service provided by Savills (Tanya in particular) our purchase would likely have fallen through and we would not be where we are today. Just a quick review to say that the service we received from Savills and Tom Smith in particular has been superb. Although we did not purchase our property through Savills, we were so impressed with email correspondence and contact from Tom about properties which were yet to appear on the market. I think our reviewing Savills without buying a property from them is testament to their quality of service.

Spoke to Tom in the office who arranged very quickly for us to view a house they had just put on the market. Our house had sold & we were very specific with what we needed (basically 2 houses in 1) & we needed to move fast with the market being so buoyant. We viewed on the Saturday & decided there & then to put an offer in so I emailed Tom knowing full well the office was closed but hoping Monday morning our offer would go in & be accepted. Tom phoned us as soon as he was in the office & our offer was accepted that day. Great service, we had a few teething issues with moving dates etc & spoke to Ed a few times who also was very friendly & positive to us. 5* team & a very Happy family.

I would highly recommend Savills Estate Agents, based on our recent sale. Tanya quickly established our trust and we relied upon her expertise to guide and advise us at every stage in the process, which she was very happy to do. Every interaction was professional and with a real focus on providing the best possible service. Tom was also highly organised, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. In summary, simply excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to use Savills in future.

We were delighted to achieve a sale in a very difficult market - and that was mainly down to Tanya Coffey. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her professionalism, persistence and sheer hard work was very impressive. There were some initial communication difficulties (due mainly to the Head Office’s policy during the early stages of Covid) but these were overcome.
