We highly recommend both Sales and Lettings departments at Seymours in Godalming. They sold our house and helped enormously with finding a short term let when our house purchase was delayed. I've been a private tenant for many years and have rented both directly and through a variety of agents. I can't praise Seymour's enough for their customer service and efficiency. I'm lucky in that the property we've rented through them for the past five years was in top condition when we moved in. Both they and the landlord have been immediately responsive when any issues have arisen, (which, to be fair, hasn't been that often.) All safety and standards checks are regularly carried out by appointment. Staff are responsive, friendly and polite. Very highly recommended.

I rented out my property for almost three years through the Seymour’s Godalming team. They were excellent throughout: negotiating a good rental income, efficient with all the paperwork, quick to flag any issues the tenants faced and to help me resolve them to our mutual satisfaction and quick to respond to any questions I had. Great service all round and if renting my property again I would definitley turn to them first.

5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Service From Start to Finish
If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend Andy Crossley and the team at Seymours Godalming enough.
Andy was always available to answer questions and proactively kept me updated every step of the process. I never felt out of the loop or uninformed.
Beyond just being excellent at his job duties, Andy is also just a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Honest, friendly and committed to my goals as if they were his own. He really went above and beyond to make a typically stressful transaction as seamless as possible.
I was buying a house through Seymours last year which sadly fell through (through no fault of theirs) and I have just successfully bought via them so I have more experience than most in writing this review! Andy and Seymours' industry knowledge combined with superior client care is truly second to none. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. If you have the opportunity to work with Andy and the team at Seymours, consider yourself in exceptional hands.
