We had excellent service when we used Staniford Grays to sell a local property and but another local property. From the moment a valuation was made to the final transaction when we moved in to our new home the transaction was seamless and dealt with in a smooth and worry free way. Phone calls and e mails were answered promptly and the service has been efficient throughout. The service Carolyn and Ben have given us was first class.

Selling a family home from a distance seemed daunting. However, from valuation to completion the team in Swanland, just around the corner from our property, provided us with a smooth trip.
They were sensitive to our needs, looking after the property and viewings in our absence, keeping us informed all the way. For our mother it was great comfort to have found a buyer whom appreciated both the interior decor and the garden.
