Anna was extremely proactive and not shy in chasing the other agents/solicitors in the chain to ensure that we kept to our tight time scale!

It is hard to trust estate agents. S&H have not proven to inspire any trust with my interactions with them. Bordering on rude. Not taking calls feels rough when your hopefull of big life events like this. It would be simple to conduct interactions like all other businesses -with some courtesy.

I was not a customer of Stobart & Hurrell however the house we purchased was up for sale with them. Zak, Kerry & Anna we communicated with regularly and did a great job at chasing our solicitors (recommended by them) to ensure the process was smooth.
