After a very slow start with another estate agent, I swapped the sale of my late mum's house to Stratton Creber and I have to say that Stefan, Callum and the team have been brilliant.
They really pushed the sale online and on the high street and it was a really short period before a buyer was found. They have stayed in complete contact all the way through the process, and have answered any queries I've had immediately.
I highly recommend Stratton Creber - a personable service, with all aspects of the sale explained fully. Stef said he'd sell it for me within weeks and he (and Callum) did!

Stratton have been brilliant in terms of being proactive in selling my house and also hugely supportive and understanding in what has been a difficult time. Their communication has been exemplary and I have never felt out of the loop at any point. I've been able to ring them and ask questions, pop into the office to ask them to be my witness to my legal paperwork and nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend them as a team if you are looking to sell your house.

We recently bought our first home via Stratton Creber - we had a few communication bumps initially, but Callum was a massive clog in our purchase. There were lots of little bumps in the road and Callum was extremely helpful at chasing and getting both solicitors to talk to eachother and keep the sale moving.
Callum probably dealt with an email or phonecall from me at least twice a week for 6 months. We are very grateful for all his help in helping us get the keys to our first home.

Stefan and Callum and all the team at Truro have supported, guided and kept us calm throughout our sale process. It has been a trying time for a number of reasons, but their dedication, patience, determination and calmness prevailed!
The marketing of our house was second to none, the photographer is very talented and the professionalism and knowledge shown by all was outstanding. Thank you most sincerely from us both. What a fab Christmas present!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards Darly Jones and the rest of the Team at Stratton Creber whose professionalism went beyond my expectation to help me secure my first home, effectively and efficiently. After viewing the property, the experience was positive but as a first-time buyer I had no idea of what to do despite reading a lot about buying a house. As a first-time buyer I was not fully aware of the steps to follow in order to secure the property, I was completely out of depth however, Darly and the team at Stratton and Creber took their time to provide me with so much information and really engaged with me and explained the steps and what needs to be done in order to secure the property.
After making an offer to a property, Dary and the team where very supportive and introduced me to their in-house solicitors who where very helpful but what stood out to me was despite engaging with the solicitors, the support and advise from Darly and the team did not stop there. I received regular calls from the team who checked on how I was doing and further offered advice and support in order to secure the property in a timely manner as they were aware that I would be starting a new job and had to move in a few weeks before my new role started. I was very pleased with the communication and the support that was provided throughout the entire process, and I did not feel stressed as I knew I had a great team who stick to their word and made sure everything was easy.

Daryl Jones, Dylan and Stefan have been incredibly helpful with the purchase of our new home. They went above and beyond to help no matter what the ask was. I highly recommend dealing with the Stratton Creber team in Truro, they rock!! I'd like to express my gratitude towards Daryl for his kindness and professionalism. My partner and I viewed a house a couple of weeks ago, and it was the most positive experience as Daryl provided us with so much information and really engaged with us. Previous agents from different companies really rushed the process and barely engaged. Even though the property we viewed wasn't for us, Daryl had made us feel excited for our future. Daryl was incredibly kind, down to earth, friendly and polite. Greeted us both and very attentive during our telephone discussions and ensured I received my viewing appointments on time where as previous companies I had to call back to make sure it was still happening. He really made the process go smoothly and ensured we could view the house due to our busy schedule.
