Review for SWO & Co Real Estate Agency I recently rented a property through SWO & Co in the heart of London, specifically in Zone 1, Kensington. Thanks to the founder and his incredible team, I found a spacious apartment with excellent renovation at an unbeatable price of just £1700, with a future increase to £1850 after two years. I lived there comfortably for three years. Throughout my tenancy, the agency was exceptionally responsive, attending to any issues in the apartment promptly. They ensured the communal areas were kept clean and maintained high standards of safety regarding fire safety and electrical compliance. They even arranged for an external company to clean the building's windows. The agency was considerate and only contacted me for necessary safety inspections, which were always scheduled at convenient times. Upon my departure, they assisted with cosmetic repairs and repainting at a cost much lower than if I had arranged it myself. They also organized affordable cleaning services and quickly returned my deposit. Moreover, they provided me with an outstanding reference, which greatly facilitated renting my next property.
