Just purchased a property via Taylor cole, Great communication. Tracey would call me each Tuesday to check in and update me on progress and keep me informed on my next steps to keep things moving.
Laura was also someone I spoke to alot, very patient with my questions and calls and again keeping me updated.
Would 100% recommend them looking to move.

I can't thank Jack and the team enough for the help and support in selling our house. We had 3 other estate agents from Lichfield round to value our house and Jack not only gave the best advice on what our house was worth but also made us feel at ease. The house we wanted to buy was of high interest so they did everything they could for a quick turn around, within a couple of days it was on the market and by the next day we had a huge amount of interest leading to multiple viewings and 4 offers. We ended up selling it for +5k of asking price. They dealt with all negotiations and after sale processes. Not that I plan on selling my house again soon but if I did I know exactly who I will be calling.
Thank you all so much, We would 100% recommend Taylor Cole I literally cannot fault them.

Nothing was too much trouble for them . We would like to thank Lauren especially. As she went above and Beyond to chase the buyers solicitors to find out what was happening with our sale .we would definitely Recommend Taylor Cole.
