Naz is a great asset to the team, when I couldn’t access my property as a landlord after hours, he agreed to meet me in his own time to pass the keys over to me so I could assess the condition of my property from a check out from an old rental tenancy. Liars throughout twice they have put up an advert and within 72 hours they have cancelled the viewing saying property is sold. Something is changing hands under the table and I smell corruption. Plus they don’t answer calls or emails either so waste of time. Be ware before handing over your property or dealing with them

We completed on our first home today and are so appreciative of the JNP teams help throughout. The agents that showed us around houses were all lovely but we'd like to give special thanks to Jan.
At times we had difficulty with our conveyancer which Jan was a fantastic help with, no question was too basic, we always heard back quickly and she was proactive in making sure we understood what was happening at all stages - which is such a help as a first time buyer.

I've been dealing with an ongoing issue related to my heat pump, which connects to my hot water cylinder and has been breaking repeatedly. When I contacted JNP for an initial valuation Mat contacted me very quickly. He provided the valuation and took really good, but accurate photos so when it was listed the photos were accurate unlike some where the photos are deceptive. On the day it was listed we had a call saying they had someone wanting to view it. They put an offer in for the full asking price and Caroline dealt with that. Jan is in the after sales team and dealt with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. We exchanged yesterday. I could not fault any of it. It was a really smooth and stress free process. Thank you Mat, Caroline and Jan.
