We went to view a property this week advertised by Thornley Groves. On our arrival we were greeted by Karen Filson. We have been to see a few properties with different agents, some friendly and informative and some who don’t really interact at all. Karen greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel very welcome and at ease, she engaged in conversation and answered all the questions we asked her. We enjoyed the viewing as we felt that we were not rushed through the property, Karen was lovely, patient and didn’t mind us taking our time.
