Very rude after enquiring about a 2 bed property. I'm sure the employee is lovely, however their tone wasn't welcoming at all.

I would thoroughly recommend Andrew Stevens as letting agents. Me and my mum rented our previous property for 2.5 years through this agency, with Cos and Angelo managing it throughout, and i can only recommend their work.
Everyone in the team is very responsive and look after their properties to a very high standard. All queries were always addressed promptly. I can only recall few minor maintenance works to be done while I was there because the properties are so very well looked after. Also, all annual gas checks were always pre-booked and done on time without us having to chase it up.
As I approached termination of my tenancy, given my positive experience, i tried to find something new with the agency but unfortunately they didn't have anything to offer at the time that matched our requirements otherwise i would've kept renting with them.
I have lived 11 years in England and have dealt with many agencies, but I cannot recommend Andrew Stevens Estate & Letting Agents enough to tenants and landlords, and I would definitely consider them in the future should there be the opportunity.

I am so impressed with the services I received from Andrew Stevens, Bush Hill Park. These guys go the extra mile, know their stuff and are only a phone call away. If you want a bespoke service in finding a property - pick up the phone. First class!

My experience in working with Andrew Stevens has been exemplary, the advice and support they have given me through the process of renting my first property kept me feeling assured that I was in safe and very professional hands. They listened to my expectations and did nothing but deliver, so much much so that after 3 workings days of taking on my property and marketing it, they had found suitable tenants that within 5 days had passed all the relevant checks and a move date was secured. I can't thank enough all the team for all their support and making what seemed like a very daunting task go seamlessly and they will continue to fully manage my property.

Excellent service. Recently sold a property through Andrew Stevens (dealt with Angelo). Well marketed, created lots of interest which resulted in a healthy amount of viewings which were conducted by Angelo as the property was empty who kept me fully informed of events. This concluded in a smooth & successful sale which achieved very close to the agreed realistic valuation in a relatively short space of time. I would definitely recommend Andrew Stevens estate agents in Bush Hill Park.
