Highly recommend William Rose, with a special shout out to Gok. We first used William Rose to rent a home and then subsequently purchased our first home through them! Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. They cheated me one of the property where the agents accepted the offer and sent email just end of day of Friday and he hold me for one and half week for not searching any property then later he said that the owner accepted from the tenant but the property is there in the market more than 4 months as under offer status. I had asked the agent to send me sales memo but he did not do so. So, they are not professional agents. Be careful with them.

I can’t recommend William Rose highly enough. From start to finish the team were amazing, Jay, Jake, Gok and Sean kept me updated and calm (when I was not feeling very calm, sorry guys!) and reassured throughout. Selling your home can be an incredibly stressful process but the expert team at WR took away so much of that stress and handled the process seamlessly. Their knowledge of the local area is impeccable and there’s no ‘hard sale tactics’ just a great experience dealing with real people who go above and beyond. A huge thank you to the entire team!
