From the beginning until the end, it has been a flawless experience. Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.

It's such a stressful process trying to find a property and Lana made the viewing so much less stressful. I noticed how caring and considerate she was towards the owners of the property, and she sold the property in the best possible light. If I was selling I would feel very reassured to know that someone was selling my property who I can trust and who is doing such a great job of it. And she was very kind to me too, taking time to tell me about the area and even show me some lovely things in Ely. She's a delight and I just wanted to thank her for giving me a lovely time in the midst of an otherwise stressful time property searching. Thank you Lana ??????

They were very good at dealing with all the various parties involved - and keeping us in the loop. All the staff I dealt with were polite, efficient and knowledgable.

With a friendly, knowledgeable team, they are a family run agency offering a close, supportive and personal service to their clients often missed by the corporate agencies. He answered all of our questions from our initial interest in the home, initial viewing, lease agreement, up until it was time to receive our keys. My wife and I would recommend Hazell's to anyone moving to the Bury St Edmonds area!

As a house we have put in multiple maintenance requests in over the course of our tenancy (fixing the boiler, installing an extract hood, a new bathroom extractor ect.) and Gray and Toynbee sorted all quickly and followed up to make sure works were completed to a high standard. Fantastic service all round.

It has been a very stressful process, and we probably called her far too many times and stressed her out a lot, but she always handled everything so calmly and professionally. She managed everything amazingly and kept things moving so we could complete as quickly as possible, chasing and calling solicitors. She truly went above and beyond with everything. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and support — couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks so so much!

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
