Always really helpful when we called in and if someone wasn't available when we called, we always got a call back that same day. Leah and George were top notch as well - would definitely use them again!

Andy and the team kept us up to date throughout the process and always put our minds to rest. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Ellie sending various documents as and when required and Jo who has been a real asset keeping me updated with the ongoing progress, liaising with all involved in the chain once the sale was agreed. Excellent professional and friendly all round, would definitely recommend using their services.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

In particular Stephen and Vicky have been there to provide advice and support at crucial moments and there has always been a member of the team available by phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Heritage to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

Elli and Emma both ignoring my calls and emails on any updates for months; the selfish top chain are refusing to exchange contacts for 3rd time, and no-one is doing anything about it or updating the chain with the truth as to why... with only a week to go on Completion! This has been the worst experience of my life, exacerbating my anxiety disorder, and they don't give a damn...
