7th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is our first house purchase in England, and they were very prompt in arranging viewing, directing us to solicitors, and keeping us upated through the process. It was a good experience from the beginning as they only sent us house suggestions right within our budget. Definitely recommend them if you are getting property in this area.

We have been kept informed along the way, from Jen showing us the property (twice), the awesome Deb and her colleagues in the office during the offer phase, to Tony throughout the process. Tony has been a source of guidance, much appreciated.- 1st Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Used Robinsons in Sedgefield to sell our bungalow. Ryan and the rest of the team were professional and friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

3rd Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.
21st May 2024 (16 weeks ago)Good experience except for an encounter with one individual called Todd. He was very keen to tell me he was the company director on arrival, then told me (whilst picking dirt out of his fingernails) “I couldn’t really care less about this property” probably because it was cheap and his commission is low, I’m hoping he doesn’t treat people buying cheap properties less than those spending millions. If he does he clearly doesn’t understand the basic principles of business. Business isn’t about quick transactions, it’s built on relationships. I will not be doing business with this company moving forward, I would advise against using them, they lied to me twice in the process of buying the house and the disappointing attitude from inflated ego Todd was a let down, perhaps if he did his research he wouldn’t talk to me like that. Shame really, when one guy lets the team down.

From the start the communication was exemplary. Everyone knew what was happening at each stage. The marketing was structured, relevant and modern. The negotiations were balanced and their support helped us maintain our focus . Just great!

Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
20th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.

Communication is always relevant & timely. Their Support, guidance & knowledge of the process I found invaluable. If I ever needed to move house again then these are the first people I would call. I would highly recommend Moovd to everyone & anyone planning a move.
