9th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)I have rented my property through Harris and Co for over 20 years. The service has always been exceptional. I moved south 8 years ago and Lewis has managed my property. He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis

21st Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)We are very glad we chose GSC Grays as our agent. They were very professional with a good understanding of the local market. The costs were clearly communicated from the outset which wasn’t the case with some other agencies we contacted. Communication was excellent and they handled all negotiations well. We were kept well informed as the sale progressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
4th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Recently sold my property through smiths and friends and initially very impressed. The lady that valued it was very professional and helpful and the man who took the photos and video did an excellent job. The after sales however was a different story. Hardly any contact after it was sold ..no updates, I was getting more info from my buyers and my solicitors. On the day of the sale my buyers solicitors had forgotten to send their money resulting in a huge delay. I was 20 Mins late dropping My keys off and I had a very shirty joy (aptly named) ring me to ask where I was as my buyers were waiting !! Er not my fault !! Walked into the office to drop the keys / hostile environment .. no asking how it’s gone etc. then went to pick my keys up from Northgate for my house - totally different experience - greeted with a smile, invited to sit down, asked how it went, given a welcome to your new home goodies box … it’s the little things that count. Considering I spent just short of £2.5k with smith and friends I felt that they took my money and ran and for that reason I won’t be recommending.

4th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)What a fantastic team at Love Property. Right from the start I knew they would be there for us and do their utmost to get us the best buyer. Laura and her team are second to none with their help and advice and professionalism. They ensured our unusual house was presented brilliantly and attracted lots of interested parties. Negotiations and viewings were all handled by the team and sales progression was excellent. They kept the whole process moving until completion. In comparison the agents handling our purchase were very disappointing to deal with and so I would totally recommend Love Property.

2nd Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

Always called us back and responded to any correspondence promptly. Jess was kind and very approachable at all times and went above and beyond. A real asset to Carter Jonas. We are delighted with our new home Bedale and can’t thank Jess and the staff at Carter Jonas enough ????
16th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)Having used Anthony Jones in the past, I had no hesitation in doing so again. I had a property to rent and needed a tenant. After contacting Tony, the property was advertised and Tenant was signed up in under 48 hours. Having rented many properties in the past, Anthony Jones is by far the most efficient and professional service you could ask for. Anna Kept me up-to-date at every stage Of the process. Absolutely all aspects from tenancy agreement to credit check safety certificates and inventory everything was dealt with by them. They are the only estate agent for sales and lettings would ever recommend to friends and family.

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)The company were so accommodating and helpful at the start of the tenancy, unfortunately this manner did not stay in place. Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.
