6th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

From the advert going online to the completion of the sale, the entire process took just six weeks (with an offer being secured in just a matter of a few days!). I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Highly impressive service!

29th Aug 2024 (10 days ago)Collected my keys for my first flat today and have to say the staff at slater Hogg are second to none. Charlene and Ryan were so positive at the start of the progress when I first popped into the office to arrange a viewing and I was lucky enough to be passed to Semab their in house advisor to help secure a great mortgage deal. He gave me great advice for when offering at a closing date and helped keep me calm after I had my initial mortgage deal pulled. Finlay and Ellenor were terrific in keeping me updated from when I first put in an offer to concluding missives. Will definitely be back when it’s time to sell. Would give more than the 5 ???? if i could!

3rd Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Disappointing Experience of simply trying to get a home report (and possibly set up a viewing for a property if home report was to my liking) via both Rightmove/their own website/calling them about a place I was interested in for a fortnight and no reply Only time I got any expedited reply was when on one of the several requests i ticked the "yes I have a property to be valued option" and got prompt enough reply in regards to that, but as soon as I requested the home report again from that person as i would need somewhere to move to first, back to radio silence, finally get to speak to someone else today and no luck due to the property has an offer pretty much accepted, would have been nice to have that option myself

22nd Aug 2024 (17 days ago)Very pleased with the service from Walker Wylie when selling the flat. From the first contact with the company by phone we felt that we were important and our business was valued. Barry was excellent in getting the flat on the market very quickly, arranging photographer, Surveyer and discussing with us the appropriate narrative within days of getting the go ahead. Within a day of the flat being advertised we had a number of viewers booked in for viewing. Alan kept us informed by phone about the viewers. The flat sold quickly to a lovely couple at an acceptable price, so a big thankyou to Barry for his attentiveness to our sale and we are so happy we used Walker Wylie for this major event as they made it stress free.

30th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Attended a viewing of a flat with my daughter in the hopes of getting her first home. We dealt with John, who was extremely helpful and a great character. John was very friendly and gave me daughter helpful advice about moving in to her own home. We are very happy and excited for her to be starting out on this new adventure and will hopefully have the keys to the flat this week. A very prompt service from 247 property.

If we have to rent again or buy tomorrow, they’ll still be top on the list. Patient, understanding, humane yet very professional. 5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
17th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
