1st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

7th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Abysmal service for tennants. Still awaiting deposit to be returned 6+ weeks later. Beware of this estate agent. This estate agent do not care for tennants I was without heating and hot water for months, their excuse is the landlord opted to self maintain the property. They do not help, do not reply to emails. More alarming is I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED my DEPOSIT funds out of dispute over 1 month later. I paid rent in full on time, left the property early on 25th May, 7th July I am STILL awaiting payment. I called 4 times over a week to get a reply which then received contradictory information on if the payment is made or not. I am owed £1,171 and so far told it is authorised and takes 5 days to clear. It's been 10 business days Absolutely unacceptable. I paid 3 months in advance + deposit of £2048 + guarantor. Yet they cannot reciprocate returning funds in a timely manner. Worst experience of renting.

2nd Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)Dee Atkinson and Harrison have a ted in a very professional manner for the sale of my property. They e en approached the local council in order to discover the construction type of the non standard ex coucil house I was selling. All in all a very good estate agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them
25th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Recently taken off the market with you ,we explained we would like to be in the Hu8 area but was never sent any info on houses you had on the market with that post coad and you had a few be we had to seek them out ,being a client I'd have hoped you would be letting us know what had come on the market,not much communication after viewings and very sparse viewings anyway ,taking in the time of the year ,
2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Leonards have been brilliant right from the off. Neil's initial valuation and marketing meant we got a quick sale at a price I was happy with. Mark's invaluable expertise helped with the assessment of the property I wanted to buy, and Megan, and particularly Sue, kept me up to date regularly and constantly were on top of the legal progress. You don’t deal with just one agent everyone’s in the loop so if someone has a holiday your progress doesn’t stop! From start to finish.. Hannah, Michelle and Kate were all brilliant and would highly recommend

I have had prompt feedback from all viewings which is really helpful as a seller. I cannot single any one individual out from the team as they have all been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends.

12th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Just had my first 1st and hopefully the last contact with this letting agent I will ever have. As I was advocating I remained calm and polite trying to explain the situation but was spoken over and spoken to like i was a child misbehaving. Joni was rude extremly unprofessional and extremly condescending. I would give zero stars but that not an option. After reading the reviews I can understand why so many are negative. When it comes to finding an estate agent I would recommend anywhere but here.

I had a number of the larger agencies come round my property and I felt like just another number to them and there was no personal touch- some didn't even get back to me. Taylors is a smaller agency but you feel massive benefits due to this. I dealt with both Gemma and Chris and can recommend them highly- always quick to respond and very friendly. The sale went like clockwork and there were no problems. I liked the fact that Taylors were realistic with sale prices and due to this, my house sold quickly and for a good price. No over promising and under delivering like other agencies did. I would highly recommend Taylors for pleasant, smooth and professional estate agency. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you for all your hard work and help.

19th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)The worst property agency. Unprofessional, lazy, lying staff. Cannot believe we gave them so many chances (full management as well) and they have repeatedly disappointed us. First of all, they rented out the property to a tenant that made a HOLE IN THE WALL (with BLOOD splatter) and also a HOLE IN THE SHOWER TRAY. We told them not to return the deposit until after the repairs are done. Instead, they did exactly the opposite of that. When we pointed this out, they started SHIFTING THE BLAME to us. Tenant number 2 complained the garage remote stopped working. We were away and had paid Lime for full management. We asked Lime if they have changed the remote for the battery. They claimed to have done this and wanted to charge us £120 for the call out and for a new remote. We insisted they waited a few days util we got home. Meanwhile, they were rudely hassling us about the issue. As soon as we got home, I went to check the remote and was suspicious the batteries were never changed. True enough, all it needed was a new battery. Not only did they LIE about changing the battery, but they tried to CON us out of money! After Tenant no 2, we decided we had enough and told them we were not continuing with them. We went to collect our keys and remote control. We had to REMIND them there was a remote control, at which point they went RUMMAGING and produced a remote (they claimed it was the only one there). It looked different so we tried it on the garage door- it did not work! They were supposed to tell the council about the change in ownership and I repeatedly CHASED them about this but did not get a response. Finally, I received a letter from the council to charge me for the council tax as well as a FINE for late payment. The council produced evidence that they have contacted Lime several times but not only have Lime NOT told us, they have IGNORED the letters until the final one which was a fine. We wrote a complain to them regarding the above issue and once again, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY and tried SHIFTING THE BLAME between us and the council. Not once did they offer an APOLOGY for their behaviour. This is a company that do not appear to be aware of their RUBBISH customer service or frankly any idea how to do their job. Edit after reply from company: Another rubbish reply to act as if you want to do something about the situation 1 MONTH after the review when you know who I am, how to contact me and that I have contacted you informing you I am going to put a review before I did so. I would just recommend NOT to use this company.

Also their fees are reasonable Procedure wise they are very thorough and keep the client ie seller informed at every step of the process Kyle did a wonderful job by preparing the property advertisement portfolio and then carried out the viewings also informing us the views of the interested parties Kyle personally is a thorough gentleman and is approachable through emails Overall good experience and satisfied with the service provided. Will recommend anyone deciding to sell at Victoria docks especially.
