I couldn’t begin to name individual members of staff as I found them all to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, right from the first phone call through to completion. I would definitely recommend using Brannens to anyone thinking of selling their property. My daughter is currently selling her home with Brannens and is experiencing the same excellent service as we did!

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was really happy with our experience with NGU, most of which was with Shakil. We were making rent enquiries for about 6 weeks across different places and agencies. As we called for a property with NGU we got a viewing on the same day, which was a first. Some other agencies were taking over 2 weeks to arrange viewings on vacant properties. The thing which impressed me most, particularly with Shakil as he was our lead contact was his speed and efficiency of communication. He usually replied very swiftly to our enquiries which we appreciated. We have high hopes for a good tenancy with NGU.

The agents make you feel at ease and are very friendly and helpful. They talk you through each detail and nothing is a bother. I was selling my mothers home after her passing and it couldnt of gone any better. Thank you to all staff you are all amazing. Would highley reccomend.

We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed. The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale. I would highly reccomend them

17th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)They don't respond to my emails regarding my deposit without providing any reason. It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.

From the first meeting I was assured they shared my values of transparency and fairness and I was thrilled by the support I received. They worked doggedly, getting dozens of viewings for the property to ensure I reached the value I needed to achieve. At every point in the process, the communication has been exemplary. As a first time seller, I feel they really understood how to balance the personal and the professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
