29th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

From early advice on pricing and marketing- including a PR article with photo of our house in the FT. Organising viewings was done well often with the fabulous Carol and Sandy in charge. With the stress of exchange particular thanks to Victoria for keeping us sane and on track.

26th Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)Although we were busy and got a lot of viewings, I ended up showing all the people around. They had very little interaction with us after viewing. The pictures were very dark and then estate agent, not a photographer came out to retake. I will say they were very good at getting me feedback, which was very useful. I also had opportunities to be advertised in London which I didn't have the chance to take up.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)A very unprofessional, untrustworthy service provided. I had hired Connells to sell my property but they couldnt. To start with , I had to chase them to advertise my property after a month of signing contract with them. When they did advertise it, the property has incorrect description and the video promised never was uploaded. The whole team Of Connells was replaced in early 2024 due to reasons I am unaware of but this led to zero communication between the agents and myself. When the new team came in only kept asking to drop the house price and arranged viewings when they can't attend. Gladly, I have moved away from them but would not recommend their service to anyone. A total waste of time and energy.

But no, emails not answered and messages not passed on. Had to keep chasing them for information I had requested. Not impressed.

Since putting our house on the market with Rosedale in January 2024 to completion in July of the same year, they have been unfailingly enthusastic, helpful, caring, efficient and supportive and I am extremely grateful to them for all their hard work. If you're thinking of moving, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosedale.- 15th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Buying or selling a house can be very stressful, Emilia and the team at Rosedale were great! Selling an unoccupied property was always going to be a challenge but this delightful team, in particular Kristie and David, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Their regular communications with me, from a distance as I live in Shropshire, was outstanding and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail and their respect for my father’s property went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for all their care and hard work.

Called the office several times spoke to someone said Hi I'm Tash also said I'll call you back still waiting actually she had no clue anyway so I've taken my business elsewhere my advice would be don't rely on them to sell your property

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

The process went smoothly and the team kept us updated all along the way. Morgan is so friendly and in the same time so professional, she is doing great work and you can feel her passion for what she does. Can’t recommend them enough, amazing service.
