8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)This branch of Shaw Oldham is truly disgusting. Because I made offer for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house and they said will me inform within 2 days if the offer is accepted or not. But after 2 days I call them and they told me that the property is sold, I am really surprised I told them I am waiting for the reply but now you telling me that the house is sold. this branch are really unprofessional and they play with the people.
4th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Had a viewing booked which i travelled all the way from London to view. got a cancellation email 2 hours prior - not even a phone call when it was clear how far i was travelling. update- Called me today (Sunday) asking me to remove the review. I advised my review is to help others when coming from long distance to be wary as i want to avoid such an inconvenience happening to them and he still asked if I could remove the comment as it hurts the business and went into a story about what it will do to them with 0 sympathy of the time and money wasted on this. I told them i had a confirmation email on the Monday and a reminder on the Thursday had a 4 hour journey up on the Friday and got an email 2 hours prior they didn't even have the care for their customers to call. Never had this before with an estate agent.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been searching for commercial property and dealt with Ashleigh and Harry as an estate agent and a business owner I would give my customers a call back or update them regularly regardless of anything its been nearly 2 weeks dealing with these two but its me chasing them rather than them chasing business really really fustrating glad it was only a rental commercial I was looking for would never be buying from kirkham

12th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)They blame the market for the lack of viewing . Just two views during the time the agency had the property and one of those was a lady that I send to the agency. I decided to take the property of the market and do some renovations prior going to the market again

9th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)After a disastrous 6 months with a previous estate agent, we went with Entwistle Green. Very reluctantly due to the previous one. We stated that we wanted some one to sell our house and not just be a receptionist for us. I gave a time limit of 28 days jokingly. However we sold within 7 days. We had more viewings in the first week than we did for the last 6 months. You pay for what you get. Cannot fault Entwistle Green, fabulous service from start to finish. Thank you soooo much. You have been amazing ???? xx

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
