He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

Whether you want to sell your house, buy a house or take advantage of the mortgage advice services they have, I would definitely recommend them. I have been buying my first home and I have had alot of experiences with a variety of estate agents and mortgage advisors and Bridgfords have came out on top in every aspect. Quick and knowledgeable services and they will move mountains to find you the right mortgage and home. With how quickly Vicky was booking me in for viewings, selling your home with Bridgfords should be a no brainer! Thank you so much Chris and Vicky, I will definitely be back and will recommend my own family and friends to them.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been searching for commercial property and dealt with Ashleigh and Harry as an estate agent and a business owner I would give my customers a call back or update them regularly regardless of anything its been nearly 2 weeks dealing with these two but its me chasing them rather than them chasing business really really fustrating glad it was only a rental commercial I was looking for would never be buying from kirkham

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!

He met me and my daughter at the property and showed us round, the owners had left us to it and Matthew allowed us to explore the property, he was on hand for any questions I had. Matthew called the next morning for our feedback, I asked on how I could make an offer, his advise was just what I needed to hear and put forward my opening offer, a couple of offers were submitted on my behalf and by early afternoon we had an agreement. Matthew said leave it to me I’ll be back in touch in a few days, true to his word he reached out to me with the next steps etc etc. I was that impressed by how reassuring and trustworthy Matthew was I asked him to sell my property. He came to visit me at our then home, we had an honest discussion and he gave me a sensible valuation on the spot which is what I wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever, he said if we put yours on at that price, expecting a potential purchaser to offer a reasonable price then I think it will sell quickly. We had 3 people come to visit, within 2 weeks of my home being on the market it sold. We have been in our new property for about a month now, just finishing off the final bits of selling my old home but Matthew still reaches out to me to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew or his company to anyone, very professional on all our dealings, his team are also lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 on all parts from start to finish. Thanks for everything Matthew. Selling / buying homes so everyone says is tough, Matthew made everything easy !!!
