29th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property with Parkers and we cannot recommend them enough. All their staff go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Gavin offered us very good advice at the time of valuation and how to approach a challenging market. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market were incredible and we felt at complete ease going with Parkers because of it. Once the house was on the market we had the pleasure of dealing with Georgi and Jordan. The early viewings and feedback were handled fantastically by Georgi with great communication and honest feedback. The past few months most my dealings have been with Jordan who has gone so far above and beyond for us that we cannot thank him enough. We had some difficulties with an onward purchase and were very stressed at the time. Jordan went out of his way to help us through this, even messaging us well out of his hours of operation with updates and advice. An incredibly considerate and lovely person, he is an asset to parkers. Having dealt with a number of other agents in Norfolk (where we are moving too) it was so stark to me how much Parkers stands head and shoulders above anyone else. Thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use their services in future if we find ourselves in a position too. Thank you both!

9th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

She has really gone the extra mile to give a custom service, and by far has been the best letting agent that we have encountered on our property search! Great work thanks ????

He took time with the brochure, taking excellent photographs and writing thoughtful descriptions detailing the distinct character of our home. He is highly professional; he listened to our needs and responded well at every stage of the process.

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this.
