Excellent and thorough service from the initial viewings with Zoe Robertson and excellent and thorough financial advice from Richard Cleve.- 2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

Incredibly professional, always reachable, supportive and understanding throughout the process. In addition we made a tidy profit on both houses. From the very beginning, through exchange and past completion Savills was always there and supportive. I would like to mention Nicky Quentel and Huw Warren who are absolutely outstanding. 8th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Positive: Professional and quick to respond to any communication. Nice photography and pleasant, personal service. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.
3rd Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Don’t think twice! Choose ‘In House’. Most delightful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our property went live on a Friday afternoon, we’d accepted an offer by the following Tuesday. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. The solicitor recommended is just as good. You won’t regret using ‘In House’, we certainly haven’t!

We were told that a decision on our offer would be made by the end of the week, and indeed it was accepted by then. Jeremy was really very good: helpful, honest, reassuring, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to be of assistance.
25th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We just sold our house through Thomas Merrifield in Wallingford and we can't speak more highly of David, Craig, Tiffany and the team. It took a long time to find a buyer but that was clearly an issue with the housing market being so challenging. The team never faltered in their determination to find a buyer and we lost count of the number of viewings they managed to set up. Our eventual buyer saw our house back in June 2023 but they needed to sell their own property before they could make an offer and achieved this by switching their own sale to Thomas Merrifield. Once we had the chain established, the team was very proactive in moving the process along.
