They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

I would like to mention Ela who was outstanding with the negotiations between myself and my buyers making the whole progress for the sale run smoothly. great service thank you Ali and the team .

Stuart and his colleagues have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and diplomatic throughout all our dealings with them. They have shown integrity and been excellent in terms of communication (we never had to chase them about anything and we received a call to update us on the progress of the sale every week). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had 2 buyers pull out and the team secured new buyers in an amazingly quick timeframe, absolutely fantastic. I had dealings with most of the team and all have been so helpful and gone over and above to help push things through. Special thanks to Kieron and Julie.
18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

11th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
