3rd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)Disappointed with the service. The feedback from prospective buyers (more than one) was that they had said the house needed work and they had better porperties for sale! Not what we were expecting. Contacted them multiple times with feedback but they never responded. We happily paid to terminate their service. Would not use again or recommend to anyone.

They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking. When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring. All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

24th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I want to pass on my greatest of compliments to Rick, who showed me and my mum (virtually) around a property this evening. For the past 12 months I have been driving up and down the Fylde coast looking at properties for my mum to buy. We have been through most estate agents, and what I can tell you is, Rick has been by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He was polite, professional, didn’t rush me (given that it was 5pm) and gave me the time to properly inspect the property. County Estate Agents have been the most thorough and prepared. If awards were given out, I would be nominating your company. Rick said the director was his immediate line mananger. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rick and the company as a whole. I work with clients on a daily basis, and the likes of Reeds Rains, Entwhistle Green to name a few, are no comparison to the level of service we have received so far. So much so, that if the sale goes through, my parents would most likely ask you to sell their property off the back of my recommendation.

Liam was always sending me up to date properties on the market and even helping me out out of hours! Him and his team worked effortlessly to find my the property for my first mortgage. Their local knowledge and use of social media helped to get us a quick sale at the best possible price. With great communication and lots of advice on our purchase as well, they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a family run business who are easy to deal with and offer a great service to their clients.

Not good service at all for seller or buyer. I'm not convinced they've even passed it on to the seller. Would not recommend

Communication was faultless, I was kept up to date every step of the way and found all the staff I dealt with very helpful and easy to speak to and deal with. They provided a very professional service, delivered in a courteous and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were selling our first home and it was actually John who was the estate agent when we originally bought the property around 12 years ago. He worked for another firm then but we had always remembered him and the fantastic service we received which was one of the factors for choosing Houseclub. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the assistance of a number of staff at Houseclub in relation to the sale and also viewings of other properties whilst we were choosing our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houseclub to friends and family who are looking to sell.

From valuation to completion we had friendly yet professional advice and guidance; there was even liaison and updates regarding the legal aspect which wasn’t expected but this was extremely valued. However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
