28th Aug 2024 (11 days ago)I just reported an issue of my ceiling leaking with water from the upstairs flat. The out of hours person texting me was so disgustingly rude and unhelpful to think there’s still people out there employed in customer facing roles like this is SICKENING. I have a vulnerable person in the property and they will not come to address the water flowing through my ceiling even though I have a toddler who sleeps in that room. That’s not a problem I won’t be paying the rent this month either as it clearly states in the contract I have with you that things like this are the landlords responsibility

Our sale had ups and downs but the ladies at Northwood have been very supportive and proactive throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in selling a house through them again . They are the most professional and supportive business I have every had the pleasure to work with. The whole process of selling my late Mother and Fathers house was a smooth and dignified process from start to completion. Every step of the way the staff members were supportive and the communication was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Bridgfords again and recommend that everyone use their services. Thanks once again Bridgfords you are the best.

They certainly did take the stress out of buying and relocating to a new area with their professionalism, prompt service, and delivering a lovely welcome pack of goodies for my little visitors to enjoy. Not to mention going over and above their job description by recommending local service providers for my removal services, and health and well being needs! Highly recommended!! Thank you everyone!

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Property no longer on the market, attempted to engage in conversation about anything else similar on the market and the lady came across as though she could to wait to get off the phone, awful telephone manner. Will buy through another company
