27th Mar 2024 (24 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.
12th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

They saw opportunities that other estate agents did not identify or focus on and achieved a faster sale and better overall outcome as a result. The market appraisal and sales measurement and photography visits were smooth and efficient. I felt confident that JJ Morris knew what they were doing and how they were going to approach the sale process. The photography and virtual tour gave a very fair and honest view of the property and I am extremely happy with the service provided by JJ Morris.

During the months long process of searching for a suitable new home, I dealt with a number of Estate Agents and whilst they ranged in quality from absolutely terrible to fairly good, none came close to the professional, personally tailored, and very friendly service i received from Ian at West Wales Properties Carmarthen.He provided an impeccable level of customer service that I didn’t see anywhere else during this process. Everyone is aware that purchasing a house can be a very stressful process but Ian genuinely made this process stress free and easy. I had complete peace of mind all the way through and only wish I had come to west wales properties first, at the at the start of my search.Then I could have avoided the many other, less than professional and at times frustrating agents I came across before finding Ian. Thank you for all your help Ian. You and your branch of West Wales Properties were absolutely outstanding in all areas.

We are purchasing a property through West Wales and from day one Lara has kept us fully up to date. Our own Estate Agents and Solicitors never updated us and didn't really seem to have a clue what was going on but Lara has been ringing around people constantly chasing things up and also helping to calm me down when it all got too much for me! As much as I'm glad the whole process is coming to an end I'll miss chatting with Lara as she really is such a lovely lady and knows how to make you feel better. Lara has gone way above her job role to help us out and I'll be forever grateful for the help and support she has given to us. I highly recommend West Wales and if we ever were to move house again they would be the first place I would go to. Thank you so much Lara. West Wales are lucky to have you! ??
13th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)We found FBM Haverfordwest to be very helpful and efficient in their route to market. We agreed terms on the Friday and we were being advertised on all platforms by Tuesday, We were extremly impressed with all aspects of service- wholeheartedly recommend.

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
