24th Aug 2024 (15 days ago)The decision to go with Burn &. warne was down to the enthusiasm and passion shown by the person who did the valuation but after the contract was signed, this person disappeared from the company and those we dealt with thereafter was capable but lacked the passion we saw previously which was a shame.
23rd Aug 2024 (16 days ago)A big thank you to Will Grayson who was our primary contact at Christies. Will was a faultless professional, excellent follow up and went the extra mile on many occasions. As with most of us, selling or buying property is something we only do a few times in our life so it was wonderful to have Will on hand to answer all of my many questions. Will’s experience really shone through and I for one felt a lot more comfortable knowing that the sale of our property was in his hands.

14th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Peter Woods was great with communication between us as buyers and the vendors, as well as chasing solicitors. This helped to facilitate the exchange of contracts.

31st Aug 2024 (8 days ago)Viewed a property for rent in Morden with Ellisons. The property itself was very nice and we placed an offer for it but unfortunately the landlord went for a higher price. Ellisons informed me they would have another property in the same building the following week and someone would get in touch with me. A week or 2 later, I still hadn't heard anything to the point I was back at square 1, looking for other properties again. Unreliable agency. Would not recommend at all.
27th Aug 2024 (12 days ago)Ellisons provided the best value and best service of the agents we spoke to when selling our maisonette in SW20. They kept in touch and kept the viewings going. Carlos went the extra mile and dealt with a pet disaster that could have ended our sale, but ended up making sure it went through!

24th Aug 2024 (15 days ago)Subject: Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior - Urgent Attention Required Dear Admin, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the unacceptable behavior exhibited by two of your staff members, which occurred during a recent interaction with me and my family… On 24/08/2024.. I was involved in a situation with a male staff member, whom I believe is named Matt, and a female staff member with long red hair. This encounter left me feeling intimidated, bullied, and subjected to what I believe were racist remarks. Additionally, their actions caused my children to become extremely distressed to the point where they were crying and screaming. I had to seek refuge at a friend's house to calm them down, which was both unnecessary and deeply upsetting. Here is a summary of what occurred: 1….. Accusations and Aggressive Behaviour: The female staff member accused my husband of bumping into her colleague's car…. When I asked for evidence.. she changed her story and then abruptly left the scene when I started to question her… This was extremely unprofessional and confusing. 2. Racist and Offensive Language.. The male staff member, Matt, confronted me in an aggressive manner… He used foul language in front of my children, despite my request for him to refrain from swearing. He then made a remark that I found to be racist and deeply offensive, stating, "Oh, people like you..." When I asked for clarification, he laughed and continued to use derogatory language, calling me a "crazy woman." This behavior is not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. It is deeply concerning that your staff would treat a customer in this manner, especially in front of children. I believe it is crucial that Martin & Co. addresses this issue immediately to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I would appreciate a prompt investigation into this matter and a response detailing the actions that will be taken to address the behavior of these staff members. My Estate Agents Jason, Max and Chris are hands down incredible! My experience and the service we received was Brilliant. The greatest aspects were the utter devotion to communication and they always had our best interests at heart. All three were on hand to answer every one of our questions, they are more than effective and more than efficient. Max and Chris have been the boots on the ground, showing people around and sold our property, so helpful and so friendly, we are so grateful to them and we will never forget you! Jason, the Area Sales Manager, completed the initial Valuation and the Post Sale process. Jasons levels of Service are second to none, always on hand, always communicating and pushing the 3rd parties every inch of the way. To call him a superman would be an understatement, the words I would use is "Greatest Of All Time". To ALL the Team at Kaybridge, we thank you so much for everything.

Charlie was fantastic throughout the whole thing, very professional and friendly. He is a clear, honest, and consistent communicator who actually listened to our wishes, and was a massive help from start to finish. Very happy with our experience and how it was handled! I'd wholeheartedly recommend Foxtons, and specifically Charlie, for anyone looking to buy a place.
