15th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)This estate agency is absolutely terrible. As a person trying to buy a home they are rude on the phone and don’t seem proactive, or fussed. I think it’s the worst estate agency I’ve come across and it’s a shame because they seem the prominent agency in Dorset and Devon (perhaps they know they have the monopoly). I’m now searching for homes that are with other estate agents

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our purchase was facilitated by the incredible Helen De Burton. Helen is an ideal figure head for this company as she embodies every potential positive value. She is kind, funny, clever, quick witted, assertive, and hugely supportive. We simply could not have got the purchase off the ground without her. If we ever change careers and open an estate agents ourselves we will poach her. She is a fantastic asset to this firm and we would not hesitate to use her again (we are never ever moving again however!!!). Thank you Helen you are just the best!

28th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)My property is currently under offer, l have been very pleased with all aspects of the sale process so far. I received good advice regarding the asking price. Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Waste of money, after paying the financial advisor fee and the solicitors fee, you are not kept up to date with details of the property you are looking to buy, unless you chase for it,misleading information that one is on leave, when the other say they are off sick, do not waste your money, over a £1000 wasted, for being a life time client, keep your useless membership card! All is client satisfaction until you pay all the fees???? No updates regarding other available properties, a total scam !! Reviews on trust pilot do not lie for sure!! I do not often leave reviews, but thought others should think twice before wasting their money! Thank you for your service, hope others do not get the same!

9th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)This agent has been so unprofessional with our rental property. We are overseas so we put a lot of trust into the management of our house. First they were keeping our rental payment for months in their bank account before paying us. It got so bad that we had to get the tenants to pay us direct. They admitted to poor management and loss of our paperwork, including contract at this time. The annual report never reflected the true state of the property. 4 photos are not enough!! They should have been taking at least 30-40 photos. Damp that we found a year ago which we never knew about until we visited the property, render on garden wall falling off, cupboards next to oven burnt and discoloured, to name a few of the issues. This was so upsetting that we decided to sell the property. Then to add salt to the wound we had to pay the agent 1% of the selling price as our tenants bought it, who they had found for us. Be aware of that clause we had forgotten about it as it had been many years since we had signed this contract. You really need to be checking your house yourself to make sure it is being maintained. Sadly we were only too willing to maintain our property if we had known more. What we did see from the photos we did attend to but that also took months to get done, although emergency work was attended to promptly. As a result of the lack of upkeep we had to reduce the asking price. Lesson learned and hopefully the agents read this and manage their properties much better!!- 30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Sally was always very helpful, keeping us updated and informed on new homes to the market. Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
