28th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)I asked Luscombe May Estate Agents to help with selling my property after I had a very poor experience with another estate agent, who were not based in South Brent. Luscombe Maye organised for photographs to be taken and the photographs were of a very high standard indeed. Also, consideration was given as to when it would be a good time (Boxing Day) to launch my property on the market and so it got a good audience. There was weekly communication from the estate agents in regard to feedback from viewings, etc. Also, there was support in regard to follow-up calls to my solicitor and the purchaser’s solicitor to progress the sale of my property. The Estate Agents were always friendly, helpful and polite. Specifically, Maria. I highly recommend Luscombe Maye Estate Agents at South Brent. The Team did a brilliant job for me and they sold my property in a short amount of time.- 28th Mar 2024 (23 weeks ago)Chloe and Charlie were excellent. We had 4 viewings within 10 days and an immediate cash offer at the asking price. Sale successfully completed with their calm, encouraging and professional help.

7th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Sarah and Katie were superb at selling our house, from filling the empty house with virtual furniture , compiling a fantastic brochure of the property, regular updates and the big push to get the exchange of contracts over the line . The market was tough but you would not have known it, the place had a firm offer within 2 weeks going on the market with the street app showing us the updates through to settling on an even better offer than we were expecting. Estate agents doesn’t really cover what this team do, it’s way more than that, thank you Guys!

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
