4th May 2024 (29 days ago)Very happy using Richard Kendalls estate agents, Generally dealt with by a lady called Alison. I was kept up to date with milestone events in a timely fashion either by phone or email, i found Alison to be prompt and professional at all time. I would happily sell another propery with Richard Kendalls.
28th May 2024 (5 days ago)My house was on the market for over 6 months before I took this off the market due to personal circumstances. During the time I had it on the market I felt I had to push the agents to try various things. Communication was not always great. I was not happy with the phographs taken and had to provide a few of my own and later asked for the portal video to be added and new photos. I do not feel my property was promoted and I am not confident that it was sent out regualrly to potential buyers. I had asked for properties to b sent to myself however I only ever received one email with properties which made me think perhaps my own was not sent out. I would email but not always get a response and was constantly having to chase things up. For example when it initially went on the market I was requesting a For sale sign which took a few weeks and again had to chase for it taking down when I came off the market. I am aware that other companies ring up when there are new properties that may be of interest to potential buyers however I never had this from William H Browns. I just was not filled with confidence that they did everything they could to promote my property and when I am in a position to get my property back on the market I would definitely try a different agent.

We requested the house to be ready earlier than planned and she ensured that was done. She was easy to reach and listens well to our requests. I would highly recommend her and the agency for any tenants and landlords.
2nd May 2024 (4 weeks ago)A fabulous service received from Jaspal and Leah at the local Wakefield office from the first contact to handing our keys over last Friday. Jaspal and Leah were responsive , engaging and kind. Our home sold quick and at a price we were happy to accept. Nothing was too much effort and Leah always had a positive and helpful attitude and friendly disposition. We would not hesitate recommending Martin and Co to anyone wishing to be supported professionally throughout their selling journey. Many thanks to you both we are very grateful.

3rd May 2024 (30 days ago)Logic lettings have been outstanding from the start to finish. I would class myself as a first time renter and was very unsure on the whole process. Millie, Kay, and Sue have been amazing in providing me all of the information on the process. I can’t believe the amount of care the team have towards me plus making my whole experience stress free and very easy to understand. My experience from start to finish has been above and beyond and would highly recommend them.
22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)The whole experience was stress free from beginning to end. ADM found 2 sets of buyers and conducted the viewings. The second couple put in an offer immediately after their viewing and ADM negotiated to an acceptable price in a couple of days. Both sides are very happy thanks to Alethea and the ADM team. From the up to date, modern photo and video clips to the unique coverage on social media and on their own website, Mallinson and Co have got everything right. Nothing was too much trouble and regular contact was maintained throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks to all the team at Mallinson and Co for "looking after us" every step of the way.
9th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)EDIT - The truth is in countdown www.richardkendall.agency If you want to be fobbed off, verbally talked down to and even experience attempts of extortion all whilst trying to live in a house that you pay a lot of money each month for then Richard Kendall estate agents along with staff Carol Roger’s, Allanah Kelly, Isaac Brocklehurst along with landlords Zosimo and Anne Kathleen Vietes are exactly who you need. Slow and ignored repairs. House full of mould and damp. Report withheld. Move an adult son in which is allowed by the tenancy agreement and they start trying to extort you and only stop with a legal demand to stop. When house condition is so bad you demand rectification they issue a retaliatory Section 21 notice. Now having to have property inspected by council and independent damp people. Then when trying to oblige their illegal section 21 they block you viewing other property. I am not a nut job I have rented for over 20 years in 5 properties (this is my sixth). I have never, ever experienced such malpractice by an agent as I am now. What’s worse is they have got themselves in a position where they won’t reach out for remedy and are digging the hole deeper and deeper. Still waiting on the handy man Allanah. Bedroom 2 now the living room it’s so bad and no lounge. But. I will keep paying the rent

Had an offer almost immediately unfortunately the chain fell through but a few weeks later it’s under offer again. The only reason they lost a star for value for money is I think all estate agents are expensive and should do more of a fixed price rather than a percentage.
11th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)I would highly recommend DPSH estate agents. No sales talk, honest appraisal of houses sold in area and price of purchases. Had numerous viewings each day. Sold very quickly.
