From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
10th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Beware of this Estate Agency - Specifically check before proceeding with an offer or purchase through G Herbert Banks, if they are aware of any active AG TAG attached to a property they are actively marketing for sale (be it with or without a Certificate of Lawfulness) it might save you a lot of money, time, effort and heartache in the long run.

19th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

Whilst there were some hiccups during my sale on the buyers side, Connells throughout the progress were excellent; their initial pitch, progress/chasing for updates, their support and the speedy turnaround with finding a second buyer after the initial buyer dropped out last minute. Special shout outs to Sam, Sasha and Robert. I would happily recommend Connells to anyone.

15th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend Free Agent enough! We sold our house with Free Agent in April after having an awful experience with Connels. We were under time pressure as we were moving location and Daniel, Chanelle and the team were incredible! From the first meeting with Daniel where he honestly valued my house and showed me what else was going in the market, he gave me a lot of background knowledge and made me feel at ease straight away. Daniel and Chanelle then came to do the photos and videos of my property and they were outstanding! I loved the fact that Free Agent do a video for social media as it is very current and properties get much more interest this way! Within 24 hours of my house going on the market, I had 5 viewings booked it! It was insane! My house went online on the Thursday and sold the following a Tuesday! It was previously up with Connels and I had no viewings for 6 weeks! Even once my sale had been confirmed, Chanelle’s communication was second to none. She would regularly send me messages to see if I needed anything from her or if she needed to chase the sellers for anything. Communication was outstanding. As we have now moved down south, we unfortunately won’t get to use Free Agent again but I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone selling their house!!
