I moved into Godalming, Surrey which was a completely new area from me, having moved here from London. Their team has been a great help, very prompt and made the whole process so smooth and hassle-free! Special Cheers to Gemma for being an absolute sweetheart and also giving me a little walk tour in the rain on my first visit to Godalming!

We were kept informed when new offers were received and throughout the process with the successful purchaser. Would like to thank the sales team (Kevin, Emily and Alison). They know their stuff, the area and the correct pricing, meaning it's an efficient and effective service. Would highly recommend and definitely use Stevens again!

They dealt with a few challenges along the way with total professionalism. Communication was excellent, it was a great comfort to always have someone at the end of the phone to answer queries. I can highly recommend their services.

Having experienced previous local agencies who frustrated me and cause me more work, I can honestly say that Fowlers are ummatched in professionalism, pro-active behaviour, experience and calibre of staff. Kate in particular is a real asset and I could not recommend them highly enough. They are brilliant at what they do and its lovely to work with a team like them.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.

9th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Just can’t recommend Dan and Neil highly enough, they are extremely knowledgeable , friendly and efficient but also very professional, they really know their market and found us the right buyer quickly. They supported us throughout the process and simply couldn’t have made it any easier. We have moved many times and whilst Avocado are not cheapest they are by far the best agents we have ever worked with. Thank you Dan and Neil for making it as pain free as moving ever can be.

We had a nightmare with a different estate agent before hand who hadn't listened to anything we said, yet Alex Harvey came to us highly recommended and absolutely did not disappoint. The process was speedy, and the support throughout with solicitors etc was outstanding. When we move again we will definitely be contacting Alex and Sam.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
