10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!
4th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Callum had been quick to respond to emails and so very polite. I would give a special thanks to Rosie who was lightning fast at moving things along. She made the everything seamless, even having a response from my offer the same day! (No clue how Rosie pulled that off when other agents can’t respond to a viewing request) Thank you to the whole Leaders team, from viewing to picking up the keys, you’ve all been brilliant.
17th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Be sure to get as much information about the property before accepting a tenancy agreement with this agency. It was never mentioned during the viewing, only after moving into the property did we find out there was an oil tank on the premises that needed to be refilled twice a year at our cost. A costly surprise!

I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

Took my landlord to contact them for me when I needed paperwork. Quick enough to take your money and talk about their personal issues. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

I must have called them so many time asking questions and they were so patient with me. They helped us liase with the sellers during and after purchase and gave us a lovely welcome home gift too! Thanks again guys! We won't be selling for many many years if ever! But if we do you'll be first choice!
