10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Hunter French was our preferred choice for selling our home. From the very first visit to our house to the final act of handing over the keys they have been excellent! Nothing has ever been too much for their team and our negotiator Tom York was just superb-always on time always answering calls and emails promptly and keeping us up to date on progress. The team at HF in Devizes also need special mention as well-always up to date on our sale progress. The advertisement and photographs were superlative! AND Hunter French was the most competitive cost with NO extras. Just GREAT! Many thanks.

Zero response, not even a courtesy call.. extremely unprofessional. I’m now in the process of contacting the owner of the property themselves to inform them.

9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently used Kingsley Pike to sell my property. Within a day of our property going live, I had 3 viewings booked in and sold the house within 48 hours. Russell kept me updated with everything going on throughout the process, and was in contact with my solicitor regularly too. I would definitely recommend Kingsley Pike estate agents as they are incredibly reliable and always happy to help with any queries you may have. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward. Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

16th May 2024 (3 days ago)Unfortunately a viewer was booked and although the estate agent waited for them they didn’t arrive for the viewing. I was not informed of this. I called the office 3 days later and I was then informed after a call back that the viewer had not turned up. My partner, child and dog vacated the property for the viewing and it was raining that day. We were not informed when they could return to the flat.
