11th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. These people tactics are really low. They contact landlords in the area & filling their heads with BS & disinformation on current market prices in the hope of bringing new tenant for a commission! My Landlord raised my rent due to these clowns feedback to him...they didn't even had any benefits from this! Edit: The person responding to these reviews must be really slow-witted... Show me where did I say I've rented my property from your agency? I was simply referring to your low tactics contacting landlords in the area! Even further, where did you read my name to claim that you have no record for it lol Just talking out of your a$$? don't you? It's just another indication of lies and bad practice of your work ethics...typical sales men.

I have just completed a sale and the service was excellent throughout. A special shout-out to George who held everything together and went beyond the call of duty to keep me updated and keep the transaction moving forward. Thank you!!
29th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)Rented property from Alvarez for just over a year and it was a great experience throughout - really prompt responses to any issues when they arose and always really friendly :) Edit: *I posted the above 3 years ago and last week I incorrectly sent my rent money for my current landlord to Alvares, my old estate agents, instead (can you believe it...). They contacted me to let me know and returned the money to me immediately, and also reassured me as I was understandably stressed - they are the best!
3rd Sep 2024 (17 days ago)I don't blame them for not selling the place, it's about market conditions far beyond their control. We ended our agreement due to a total lack of communication.

2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.- 14th Sep 2020 (4 years ago)I had an amazing experience dealing with Bryony from the very beginning she was very responsive, energetic and professional! 1st Sep 2024 (19 days ago)Absolute waste of time, got invited to a viewing for a rental and I showed up on time, the agent was arguing with the tenant who locked the flat and diddnt allow the viewing. I wasted time and money getting to this viewing...Did not feel like a real agency at all. Would not recommend.
6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Warren Kerr. From our initial approach to him, we knew we were talking with the right person. Before offering a valuation, Warren took time to understand our needs and onward aspirations as well as understanding the story of the house we were selling. To this he also brought his excellent knowledge of the area, and combined it with an intelligent assessment of the unique aspects of our property. The valuation arrived at felt realistic, if initially a little high. But this is where Warren's value really kicks in. Aside from using all the tools you'd expect (Rightmove etc.), Warren's probably the best connected and networked estate agent in the area, and with influence further afield too. We had a lot of interest, and an offer, within a month of going on the market, and with minimal fuss. Within 100 days of opening sale, we completed. At every stage Warren was a support and gifted tactician, his eye on the sale, but also on the human dimensions of it. He listened, and his advice was also intelligent, rounded, grounded, and timely. That's a rare combination in the property game. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough. Talk to him, you won't regret it.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
21st May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Michael Stevens has been my landlord for the last 3 and half years. I can honestly say they have been the best, friendliest and positive estate agents I've dealt with. Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)
14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)DAVID from this branch called to let me know I property i had a viewing for was gone. Nowhere did he tell me this property was already under offer which was frustrating, and he thought he could be a smart mouth and say I'm the one that rescheduled and tried to gaslight me. Quite disappointed in this kind of customer service, but its clear that this branch have no regard for others and deal with customers unprofessionally. Wouldn't recommend AT alll. smh.

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
