15th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.
25th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Valuation was done by very nice lady who was very knowledgeable. House went on the market and was under offer 5 days later. Currently sold subject to contract.

From start to finish Karen and Andrew showed professionalism, expert local knowledge, flexibility, and were worth every penny. I’ve dealt with other local estate agents and they blow them out the water. I was able to trust Karen with being able to work on my best interest, and her advice from listing at the right price to get a quick sale, to her patience and ability to chase and help push to completion at the end was incredibly valuable. Would highly recommend over any other agent in the area.

Shaun Harris was very reliable and professional throughout and when unavailable the rest of the team were very helpful and also professional. Communication was seamless and responded to all our enquiries quickly. The whole team made selling our home an easy stressless experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 8th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Great experience with Hegartys. All of the staff at the branch are lovely, friendly and super helpful. We did have a few issues with our photos which couldn’t be helped (technology), however I always believe it’s how these situations are dealt with which matters and Hegartys were great. Our property sold within a day or 2 of being on the market and it sold above asking price. Hegartys did value our property higher than what we decided to go on the market with which shows their valuation was accurate.- 18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Pattinsons Estate Agents in Houghton-le-Spring are a very good outfit. We sold in 4 days thanks to Daniel Fisher who came to our home and the office staff under Sue's management..... who kept us informed daily.

17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
