Emma, Kelsey, Annie and Harry advising and updating me every step of the way from re marketing the property, viewings and securing the new tenants Cope & Co have provided me a service that is second to none. I have used them for years and they are always professional and helpful and I have recommended them several times. A thank you to Cole and Josh in the PMD team for arranging quick access so I could sort the boiler too!

He is very customer focused, and whilst viewing properties with him we never felt rushed and he always provided answers to any questions we had within 24 hours. A pleasure to deal with!

2nd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently completed our sale through SmartMove and they were fantastic, we could not recommend them enough! We had a really difficult journey with our house move/purchase, and Nicola and the team could not have been more supportive throughout the many months. They were always happy to be a listening ear to any concerns (or rambles!), and help us in any way they could. They were incredible on moving day when things became extra stressful, and their support was hugely appreciated! ??
11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)The all inclusive service is ideal as it includes the cost of sale and legal fees and a lot of the legal are done ready for when you find a buyer saving time. Sale agreed n less then 2 weeks and above the asking price.

Our transaction was fairly complicated as it involved a probate and things didn’t happen in the usual order, so we never really imagined that it would come together. As with all house purchases, there were a fair few ups and downs, and at times it has been quite stressful. The team at Rice have been there throughout and their support has been invaluable. It has genuinely felt like they’ve been with us every step of the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team. They are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I am listed with multiple estate agents and they have given me 3-4 x times more viewings than all of the other agents. Molly has been in charge of my listing etc and has excelled in every way possible. I would highly recommend this company. Also a big thank you to Felicity with the viewings.

Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
23rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)As a buyer, we had really bad service, calls not returned and staff not always representing our wishes to the vendors. Management were helpful, front facing staff less so.

Thereafter, there communication and constant updates have guided us through the minefield of selling our home. The team have constantly gone above and beyond to help us secure buyers and make the process as smooth as possible.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
