4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.
9th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'
23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)During a recent prolonged and complicated sale the estate agent (JS) remained extremely helpful throughout and liaised calmly and most effectively with all the parties involved. This was my first encounter with Coastguards and I highly recommend them.
30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Mark has looked after us exceptionally over the past year. We lost 2 buyers near to exchange date due to an issue with our home, however Mark was extremely supportive and gave us the right advice throughout these stressful times. We rectified the issue and sold for a third time, which we have finally moved. Mark was incredibly patient and we are sad to no longer be speaking to him every week. The response times are very quick and unlike any competitor we've been with before. Highly recommend Astons!

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Linda at H20 gave excellent service throughout a rather gruelling experience due to an online solicitor chosen by the buyer. Linda delivered excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and provided the sort of service that quite frankly is quite difficult to find in this modern era. Based inside the Marina itself, H20 are the perfect agent to use for a purchase/sale in the Marina. Highly Recommended.

24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

He was very thorough when showing the house and with any questions we had, and is always friendly, polite and very responsive.
