Supported me with the viewings. Great communication and very friendly and approachable staff. Also knowledgeable about the transition of the sale and were able to offer conveyancing services. Great value for money - I’d highly recommend.

Their service is second to none and the staff always do their utmost to help and advise. All the staff I have dealt with are highly knowledgeable in all areas of the business and they are very happy to give advice when necessary which has proved invaluable to me on many occasions. The staff are proactive and always keep me up to date on any issues that may arise. I recommend them 100% without a second thought ????

17th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Horrific company, had living room wall crumbling away for 2 years and had to call in environmental health in any time repairs needed done to get them to send out contractors. It's now been circa 6 months and they refuse to send the confirmation code to the Deposit Protection Scheme. Clearly due the full amount as they never stated within 7 days of tenancy leaving that there would be deductions. Stay away, you would have a better time living in the street than renting through these lot, I know because after leaving that property I spent 3 months homeless.
3rd Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.- 24th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Contact was frequent and lots of possible properties offered. One particular lady in the Blyth office was a bit blunt and off hand at times but certainly wasn’t all of the time. The lady from Cramlington office was much more pleasant and helpful and I def preferred dealing with and speaking to her. She was very positive in attitude for everything

Clare’s attention to detail, passion for sales and customer service is what set Northwood apart from the get go at the valuation stage. She came prepared, explained the full sales process to us as first time sellers and guided us throughout the journey. Caitlin did an outstanding job presenting the property through her photographs and online marketing including social media. This is one of the key areas that drew us to Northwood as we felt their style really fit with what we wanted. Clare worked with us on multiple offers using her expert experience to get us full asking price! We continued to get weekly catch up calls which we felt really made the process easy and enjoyable.

He has been most helpful & despite us not buying through him he has given us really helpful with advice about a property with another agent. I wish all estate agents were this genuine. Thank you.
18th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)Possibly the most appalling service from any estate agents ever encountered and would most certainly not recommend.We chose Signature because they appeared highly professional and polished. This was certainly the case when they sent their show pony to value our property and do their sales spiel. However, upon signing with them relations went downhill rapidly due to various factors which I will highlight below.Despite being only a 20 minute drive from their nearest office, Signature failed to attend any viewings advising that they didn\'t have sufficient notice to conduct them. We were therefore left to conduct all viewings ourselves whilst both working full time. They later advised that accompanied viewings were complimentary.Their communication was poor with prospective buyers and when we tried to get through we were passed around different people. We never saw or heard from the initial person who came out ever again.When it came to negotiations, Signature disclosed sensitive financial information to prospective buyers which was ultimately detrimental to our sale and lost us money. To them it didn\'t matter but to us it impacted heavily and was a huge breach of trust. Despite formal complaints being made not a single apology or acknowledgment of this followed.When we agreed a sale (with no part played by Signature at all) we heard nothing from them throughout the entire sale process. I subsequently requested that our Solicitor send their fee directly to us to facilitate direct payment. Lo and behold, the company who had ignored contact the previous 3 months were quick off the mark to threaten legal action within 3 hours of completion if their fee remained unpaid.So, in summary, no I would not recommend. For the same service, you could save yourself thousands and simply print off a poster and sellotape it to the nearest bin.
