She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. I could not be more grateful and would definitely deal with her again should I need to. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support!

I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Where I had used another estate agents AP Morgan to sell my property, I wish I had used Oakmans. Trina, from the beginning, was chasing on my behalf when it should have been my estate agent's doing this. The transition to Lesley was seamless whilst Trina was on leave. 8th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!
