14th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.

I have used them multiple times and they have always delivered.- 3rd Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Cannot reccomend these folks enough ! My housemate and I have just moved into our first house after uni and the team at Allen and Harris have provided a most excellent service. They found the perfect property based on the parameters we gave and the whole process after that point was so smooth thanks to all of their help. They have answered every query, concern and question we have a had in a timely and holistic manner. All of this plus service with a smile , I am extremely greatful to all the team and truly could not give higher praise or reccomendation.

Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
18th Aug 2016 (8 years ago)I have to say that I had a very poor experience at your offices today, whilest dropping my child to a sibling support group for children with disabled brothers/sisters, which is in the same building. I was unable to park in the disabled spaces due to your non disabled staff parking in both spaces. I then parked my car in one of the three empty spaces outside the shared building. I was not blocking anyone and there were still free places however your staff felt the need to make me walk my disabled son and two year old daughter back downstairs and out of the building and move my car to the opposite car parking space, which 5 minutes earlier was occupied. In doing this I was unable to be there when other son was finished his group. Leaving him wondering where I was. This was entirely unacceptable and for the sake of less than 10minutes I think your attitude to the general public is appalling, considering you share a building with a charity for children and disabilities. I look forward to an apology and a change in attitude to disabled parking.

23rd Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)A few potential buyers / viewers for our property contacted us directly as they could not obtain a viewing by calling the agent directly. Our personal experience with them was good on the main, having sold with them previously, however our opinion of them changed after we were contacted directly at our home by people who wanted to view, but were either not called back by the agent (after saying they would), or were spoken to rudely on the phone.

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

23rd Aug 2024 (16 days ago)I have contacted fine and country 4 times to try and arrange a viewing on a property that we are interested in in Wenalt road rhiwbina Cardiff and they don’t get back to you. The seller is no doubt paying a lot of money to sell the property and are getting a really poor service. How many other people have tried to view and the seller lost potential sales. Very poor service.
